Hello Doctor, I've recently noticed that I've slightly tight/short frenulum because after pulling my foreskin completely, I feel pressure and tightness also penis bends downwards when the foreskin is pulled back. Please note, I do not have ED but during intercourse sometimes I feel discomfort and gets some rashes on the frenulum skin due to the fact that it was not completely retracted backward. Could you please suggest me some ways to get it cured WITHOUT SURGERY? Thanks in advance.

My Wife has skin tag or skin bulg near anal or rectum area, she saying it is itchy sometimes and painful while bowel movements only when has chicken otherwise no pain. She also saying it started after an abortion occurred and pregnancy time as well, she also saying it was small earlier but now it has little growth. √ I am feeling like a robot without emotions, feelings, voluntary thinking process,( can't put thoughts on thoughts). √ Feel like I don't have any personality ,only have a bone structure body. My period is due on 26th Nov. Last 13th Nov.. My boyfriend give me a fingering. He was a bit wet. Before the fingering although I checked that his hands were dry. I am a pure vegetarian. My immunity power is very low and I keep catching cold, cough, headache very fast. In fact several ulcers had developed in my throat, now recovered. Hi. I am 28 years old. A healthcare worker. I have been suffering from recurrent acne for more than a year. I have recently found a skin care routine that calmed down the condition. I use soap free facewash, a niacinamide serum, mosituriser and suncreen. But it keeps coming back in the same spot before my menstrual cycle or when I suffer from constipation. I don't know if it is because of the fact that i have to wear double mask during work hours or a possibility of pcos. My menstrual cycle is regular.

My mother, 47 years old took the 1st shot of covishield vaccine 1 month ago.Recently she had knee pain and the doctor prescribed Delfazacart medicine unaware of the fact that she took vaccine. My question is, Is it safe to use this medicine after a month of vaccination? Does it effect Vaccination efficacy? If it is safe,when should we plan for the second shot of vaccination.
