I am a pure vegetarian. My immunity power is very low and I keep catching cold, cough, headache very fast. In fact several ulcers had developed in my throat, now recovered.
Doctor has asked my to have protein rich diet. But being a vegetarian it's not so easy.
Please suggest the vegetarian protein source.
Searched net & now I have started eating more spinach, oats, mung dal, milk but not sure about it whether these are fulfilling the daily protein requirement.
