Vegetarian B12 rich foods
I have turned vegetarian recently..and my b12 is low..what food to take to cure it..feeling tingling in feet and palms..plz suggest

Helloooo if B12 values is below 100 then start taking supplements. you can add dairy products and sprouts n dry fruits in your diet.

For vegetarians Vit b12 food source are limited but you can maintain if blood parameters is normal. As you your b12 is low so need to take supplement with balance diet.

Hi.. Vitamin B12 is generally found in animal products & as u have turned vegetarian , it is very difficult to get it from food except from milk & milk products
