I am a pure vegetarian. My immunity power is very low and I keep catching cold, cough, headache very fast. In fact several ulcers had developed in my throat, now recovered. Doctor has asked my to have protein rich diet. But being a vegetarian it's not so easy. Please suggest the vegetarian protein source. Searched net & now I have started eating more spinach, oats, mung dal, milk but not sure about it whether these are fulfilling the daily protein requirement.

Hi. I am 28 years old. A healthcare worker. I have been suffering from recurrent acne for more than a year. I have recently found a skin care routine that calmed down the condition. I use soap free facewash, a niacinamide serum, mosituriser and suncreen. But it keeps coming back in the same spot before my menstrual cycle or when I suffer from constipation. I don't know if it is because of the fact that i have to wear double mask during work hours or a possibility of pcos. My menstrual cycle is regular.

My mother, 47 years old took the 1st shot of covishield vaccine 1 month ago.Recently she had knee pain and the doctor prescribed Delfazacart medicine unaware of the fact that she took vaccine. My partner is having vaginal infection and we went to the doctor. She asked us to undergo few tests one of which is semen analysis for me. I don't ejaculate more often, in fact I do it very few times a year. I had erectile dysfunction and took tadalafil which has been working fine and my erections have been prolonged. However, I have been unable to produce semen during intercourse. My ejaculations are only during wet dreams last of which was about 4-5 months ago. I am confused about how to give my semen for analysis as I ejaculate very times year?

I am 22 years old. I had -0.5 spherical power in both the eyes for the past 2 years. I was using prescription glasses.Today, when I got my eyes tested, the optician said I don't have spherical power and I have -0.5 cylindrical power (axis 180 degrees) in both the eyes. My 3 year daughter is not eating at all enough.whatever she eats she throw it out of her mouth,even she doesn't like her favourite snacks too,it's not like she is having some kind of problem,but she is not eating at all,i consulted one doctor too,he gave some medicine for the same,but it didn't worked,in fact it lesser her appetite. I am worried about her health,I don't know whether she is having some problems or not.she is physically active but not eating well.
