My mother, Age -51yrs sneezes continuously at times. 3 days in a week she has continuous Sneezing day and night. We had consulted a doctor who said she has a dist allergy. But considering the fact that India as a country has a lot of dust in air, it becomes difficult to wear a mask 24×7. Please suggest an alternate option. Thanks!

I feel very tired and that is not by body but my mind. My father in law is really getting to me. My head pains almost everyday. Because of the same reason me and my wife have fights. I sometime crave peace of mind which I don't get. My father in law is very negative and I feel suffocated when he is around or in the same room.
