My Father is 63 years old and on 10th Jan 2017 he underwent an ultrasound scan and following​ are the impression of that Scanning report: 1.Gall bladder wall shows multiple small masses protruding into the lumen(POLYPS), largest measuring 4.5mm 2.prostate appears enlarged, heterogeneous in echotexture, prostatic borders well defined.no focal mass or internal calcification.prostate measures 41*33*35mm Volume:25.53cc 3.A residual urine of 40.92ml present with increase in urinary bladder wall thickness. **And also recently on 10th marks 2017 he underwent an operation for hernia.By analysing all the above facts please do inform me his medical condition.

I had cryptorchidism as a child, and had corrective surgery around 3-4 years of age. Last week I felt, what I thought was a lump in the scrotum.. I am a 42 year African American male who's father is African American, and mother, who passed from colon cancer, was biracial (Caucasian/African American). I had my former Dr examine me about t-6 years ago, and he said he didn't feel anything.. I just went to my current Dr, and she thought she felt something, but she was only feeling the testicle itself, but what I felt was more behind the testicle.. I've been checking myself from day to day, and some days it's a little harder to locate than others.. I was wondering if the fact that I did have this condition as a child put me at a greater risk of testicular cancer than being Caucasian? I never get tired, still active, no coughing, change in breast.. A little discomfort from time to time in my right side, which I feel is due to venous insufficiency (vein stripping 2006).

I came to Delhi to prepare for UPSC exam after quiting my job where I worked for about 3 years. Initially I was doing OK attending classes, doing some basic study but after about 3-4 months things began to hit me. The atmosphere of coaching centres with young students & many of them already in relationships made me realise what I was missing over my last 7 years (including my college). Gradually I began to feel an emptiness which I never experienced during my college or working days . Now this emptiness is shielding my mind from studying . I even got laid to get rid of this frustration. It simmered down a bit but again came back strongly. Now half of the time I'm thinking how I even failed to even date a girl . I'm too ashamed to talk about about this to my parents , who are already burdened with the fact of me failing to qualify this year prelims ( they have been very supportive). Is this some sort of illusion in my mind to escape studying or do I need to consult a doc for real ?

I've curred TB in 2013 but I've do some smoke since 1.5 years. Suddenly I've some blood with morning cough. Then I went AIIMS for all required test and process including DOTS test and all the require blood, alpha 1 antitrypsin level, HRCT Chest, 6 Blood reports, Xray. Then AIIMS Prof S. K. Sharma (HOD - Chest, AIIMS ) told me all OK and give me only told juniors for two medicines nomal painkillers and a health vimanin tablets (both are requested by me to sugget for my chest pain ). I just want to know Any body kindly suggest me is it all ok with these treatment suggestion because I'm suspecting they may be forgotten my some smoking facts (not regular or addiction). I have vaginal itching without white discharge, i've used clotrimazole tabs and cream but although it has reduced, it took two weeks to do so. I don't have yeast infection frequently. maybe once in 2 years or so. Now past three days I've had anal itching, and discovered bumps about half an inch inside my anus. I am a clean person i wash every time. the bumps surround the inside of the opening. Are these symptoms of HPV? Before the itching started, I had been ejaculating involuntarily for 3-4 days- all day. But I credited that to the fact that I took emergency birth control twice in one week. So, could be an increase in estrogen or something. The ithching started after this ejaculation of 2-3 days. Should i visit a gynaec and a proctologist both? I must mention that my dad and grandad have diabetes, And I smoke and might have borderline high blood sugar. I also have high BP. The vaginal itching isn't the dull yeast infection itch- it is more of a sharp itch. Like pin pricks.

I m into sales & mkt for last 15 yrs and often travels across south. I have a young daughter of 8 yrs and my wife is a home maker. Often arguments occur between us due to no personal time allocated since my work demands more than 12 hrs both office and home and many a time, i recv calls late evenings from customers which often irritate my wife as well my daughter and they often used to argue about, why I need to pick up calls post office hours and always pesters me not to use phone at home for office purpose once I reach home after 7 or 8pm but my work demands more hours and most of my time goes on phone both office and after home. I m aware abt the fact, i m not spending quality time with my family last many yrs and even if I took off for a family vacation or a short break, i was not able to avoid official calls during that time too which makes my wife furious and often shouts at me. I don't find a way to come out of this issue since I work for a service industry which demands time

Hello Doctor, About three months ago, I started experiencing throat discomfort with a lump-like feeling and mouth ulcers/irritation. I first consulted an ENT specialist, who prescribed antibiotics and anti-allergy medicines, but my symptoms did not improve and in fact became worse. On a follow-up, he suspected GERD and gave me basic gastric medicines. Later, I consulted a gastroenterologist who prescribed acid-reducing tablets twice daily. While I had some temporary relief, my symptoms returned after stopping the medication. At present, whenever I eat spicy or hot food, I experience significant throat irritation and discomfort. Last month, I underwent an endoscopy which showed a lax LES. I would like to know if this could be the cause of my throat lump sensation and irritation. Every morning I also wake up with throat burning, and at times notice blood-stained sputum. Kindly advise further. I have attached my endoscopy report for your review.

18 years male . Gynochamestia since 12 . Low libido issues and never had morning erections . Tested for total and free testosterone . Total testosterone came normal around 850 ng/ dl . Free testosterone came very low around 1.7 ng / dl . Which is less than 0.2% of total testosterone. Checked fsh ,lh and prolactin . LH and prolactin came normal with both in mid range but FSH came back less than range around 1.4 miu/ dl which the lab says to be more than 1.6 miu/ dl . Had history of eating disorder during puberty . No doctors near me seem to understand the importance of free testosterone . They just look at total testosterone and dimiss my concerns . Fact of FSH and free testosterone being very low makes me fear of developmental issues in pituitary and other glands . Don't seem to understand the next step , i don't want to be too late as it is already very late .

Just a general question. I have been worrying about N Fowleri infection ever since I read about it. Had consulted a few doctors too. One ENT specialist told me that he too uses underground water, in fact many people I know use underground water that we draw using jet motor pumps or submersible pumps that we store in overhead plastic tanks. So question is dear Doctors how do you treat your water supply if you also use private underground water. Is isn't possible that we put bleaching powder everyday in the overhead water tank. I read on CDC website that whole house UV filter may not work that well. Whole house RO purification system is quite costly. Do we just take the risk as it is very rare infection or bathing, washing face is not that risky. I read on Quora that water has to be forced up like if one snorts or sniffs vigorously or jumps in a pool without holding nose. I really want to overcome this fear and only proper knowledge can help. You being experts can advise.

Hello, I am 59 year old lady , belonging to India but am in Denver, USA currently and won't be able to come back to India for the next 4 months. For almost last 1 month I am having severe pain in the right side of my shoulder and right arm, at times going up to fingers. It's not constant but hurts a lot when I do any work or lift my hand/arm. In fact I have to think before lifting my hand. I had been a patient of breast cancer and had been treated in 2015. Had lumpectomy . It was in my left breast. Had been diagnosed even HER2 positive and was treated for this also. I don't have any problem in left side. I am not under any medication for cancer, though am taking 1 tablet daily of Telista AM for high BP. Don't have any other problem at all . I also take multiple vitamins regularly at certain intervals but no other medicine. I had suffered from COVID here in USA around 25 days before but this pain in arm I had beforehand . Kindly provide your valuable suggestion. Thanks
