I experience a lot of negative thoughts.whenever i try to study it takes a lot of power to make attention and concentration.i am not able to study for continuous hours.

I am an MBA guy from five years,now days doing grocery business of my family,but I have been feeling for last two years that is not my life,there is no freedom,no respect of my thinking,always doubt on me,no peace.I want to fly freely with mind and do more different that reach  top with money and fame,but have no time.

Hi, I am a working professional as well as I also study. I am unmarried and living far from my hometown. Its been 2-3 months wherein I have observed that whenever I study or work, I gets strong sexual thoughts. I try to stop them, but while doing so I feel anxious and my face turns hot. Please help!! Also, I try to indulge in sports and yoga, but i doesn't help. Please suggest!!
