I am having pulsating feeling all over body when I'm lying down especially on my head. My pulse is around 75-80 ( take concor 2.5 mg) and BP is 120/90. What is the reason. I have echo 2 months back it was all normal.

Hi,
I have high bp since 2021 and i am taking concor 5mg since then. My bp was alright with little fluctuations sometimes around 140to150/80to90 when i am anxious. Since last two days my bp is 125/94. I dont know what's going on. Is this normal?
