I did echo test last week and found more thickness of heart muscle. Doctor said that this is genetic. My father and his siblings have the same issue. Doctor prescribed concor cor 2.5 Mg for 90 days. Can I stop this after 90 days? And is there any side effects of sexual life?

I am taking amlodac at from last 10 years.after taking this meedicine always my pressue 130/80. last year i am doing master chakeup from apollo hospital,chennai.all diagnosis result with normal limit.prescribed me concor 5am. After taking average 6 months this medicine my pressure is 110/70.local doctor says stop medicine concor 5am and rx concor 2.5.now i am taking this medicine last 10 days.my pressure is 115/75 and pr 84.now i am suffering weakness and dizziness sometimes and my ecg also normal.please advice me for my health.

I have hypertension, daily in the morning I take concor AM 5mg, but today in the morning I haven't taken the medicine, so is it ok to take the blood pressure medicine after vaccination?? I am taking hypertension medication since 2007.For last eight years I am taking concor 5, and olmezest ch40. Presently since past dew years I am suffering from increased uric acid levels. My question is I don't smoke/drink,try to eat diet as prescribed, so is the increase caused by olmezest tablet as side effect?
