Experienced dizziness and mild chest discomfort. Blood pressure was 110/60. Taking Telmisartan 40 and Concor 5 for hypertension. Could this discomfort due to low diastolic bp? Nearby physician told to take an ECG and see consulting doctor. Meanwhile told to reduce Concor dose to 2.5 Any changes in ECG?

I have bp between 130/80 to 140/90. When bp increases i get palpitation and increased heartrate between 110 to 130bpm (sinus tachy). I am currently under concor 2.5mg tablet medication from June. For past few months i am having vertigo. So I visited ENT on neurologist(after MRI) advice. He took Audiometry test and VNG. Awaiting results.
