Busprin and CILACAR interaction

I have read on google that by stopping beta blocker can cause heart attack or other complications so i am scared to stop taking it.

ECG, LIGHTHEADNESS
Blood pressure is 110/95, having lightheadness.
Taking Telma 40 in morning and Cilacar 10 and Concor 5 at night. Concor was added a week back due to palpitations.
ECG is attached. No chest discomfort. Is dose reduction advisable at this time. Please suggest.

Hypertension medication
Hi,
I have been taking concor 5mg for hypertension and high hr for past 1 month. My bp is now 120 to 130/80 to 87. Will it be ok to lower my dose to concor 2.5mg? What would be the impact? High dose is causing skin problems.
