Hi, I was advised to take concor 2.5 daily at 10 am . I do take roseday 10 after dinner daily. For last 3-4 days I couldn't take concor 2.5 as medicine was out of stock . Today evening I got the medicine. So can I consume both concor 2.5 and Roseday 10  tonight after dinner ??? My doctor is out of station and can't connect with him dats why I m asking here. Please suggest

Since 2 years back, doctor prescribed me concor am2.5 for high blood pressure my BP was 155/90 for 3,4 days, all ecg, echo reports were normal. I was taking concor 2.5 and olimsartan for my on and off chest pain rapid heartbeat as i was told I have MB in mid LAD. I was doing somewhat okay with HR around 70-75. But chest pains kept on coming. So I was put on dilizem 60 mg BD. And the same night I had nausea and rapid heartbeats of 150-160 with blood pressure of 150/100 then I had to take olmisar and concor again now my beat is around 80. Can this is due to Dilizem? I went for an ECG and trop I. Trop I came negative.

Dear Doctor, I am 46 years old. I am very obese. I am 138.5kg in weight and 5 feet 6 inches in height. I have high BP from the year 2019. I have been given by Cardiologist Concor 5mg at morning and Able 40mg at night. My heart beat increases on walking to 195bpm. After having Concor 5mg it has come down to 140bpm. My question can I have 10mg Concor tablet to reduce heartbeat further??? Please advise. My other problem is that I have pain and burning sensation in my anus if I sit ride scooter. It feels like fissure to me. Is there any ointment for fissure. Any medicine please suggest. Thank you for reading my health complaints.
