Concor is a beta blocker which reduces heart rate simultaneously reducing blood pressure.
Augmentin is an antibiotic against infection, longer use of same antibiotics may lead to organism developing resistance so infection might get worse even if u take antibiotics.
From the above two sentence u have typed , I cannot suggest any other rather than providing details of medication ur taking.
Taking unnecessary tablets may also leads to git side effects such as constipation gastritis etc further worsening the symptoms ur having which we don't know.
