I'm taking clomipramine 50 mg I felt depressed and works good but not effective. Should I ask doctor to add anything like fluvoxamine like that kindly suggest???

My mother (51yrs) has been suffering from OCD and depression since a year . She had been on clomipramine 150 mg for almost a year . Though her mental condition improved but still full recovery has not been achieved . Still lethargy drowsiness is present . What are the side effects of clomipramine ? How long does it take to cure OCD completely?
