Hi, First of all,thanks for your question it is very difficult to comment about effectiveness of any specific medications on limited history, there are various factors which we need to consider like total duration of illness, current severity,any other comorbid psychiatric illness etc

Hi effectiveness of medicine depends on multiple factors patient, illness and medicine. Clomipramine 100 mg is a reasonable dose but it is difficult to comment whether this is the optimum dose for you. Please consult a Psychiatrist.
