I've been having fever and throat infection past 1 week .. had seen a doctor but till i was having the medicines i was fine but again yesterday i started facing the symptoms again. Ders no cough but phlegm.. bodypain and a lot of weakness now..hav done the blood tests for malaria and dengue and both are negative. pls advice

I am 79 year old male with grade 2 enlarged prostate, hernia and diabetes. I have a tendency to catch cold and soar throat very often and then it persists for long which makes me weak and feverish. I read that general medicines available in market contains cetrizine and som decongestents which are harful to take with enlarged prostate. It is difficult for me to avoid medicines as it gives relief from soar throeat and cough also viral like symptoms. Kindly advice which medication I can use for cold, cough,soar throat and fever like symptoms which is not harmful in enlarged prostate. also the doses.

Assalamualaikum I recently joined govt medical college doda, i have been experiencing lost of interest in everything since class 11th My weight was decreased suddenly now my arms are very skiny ,very tired everytime head feels very heavy , not able to focus even in namaz, sudden  abdominal pain for around 2 munutes Skin under eyes has become dark Problem with sleep Skin of right , especially thumb,index finger, middle finger been coming off since 7 years and no doctor was able to treat this. Don't know what to do 😞
