My Grandmother is 94yrs old and was very stable and active. She fell down at bathroom 3days ago and slightly injured herself. From the 3rd day she wasn't able to speak properly and went in a state of confusion. Was experiencing pain in the lower back area probably from the fall. After taking to hospital, CT scan was ok but KFT report was not good and showed Blood Urea of 153.4mg% and Serum Creatinine of 5.63mg/dl, Uric acid 8.40 mg/dl, Sodium 133.10mEq/L, Potassium 5.81mEq/L, Calcium 8.20mg/dl. Her CBC also shows platelet count is also very low 0.58 Lacs/ul. The doctor at hospital gave following medication: Panterp DSR, NephroSave Forte, Dytor 5mg, Ultramol, Citilek P, Meganeuron OD, Syrup Marirgyl She was discharged the same day as doctor said nothing much can be done. Please suggest if there is any course of treatment to keep her stable and back to normal so that she can speak normally..which she was just two days ago and now she almost is in a state of confusion.

Hi, I am experiencing dizziness, neck pain, eye pain, light headache while movement from three days. On the first day, dizziness was very high. From the second day it got reduced with the help of yoga and tab zerodol p and heat therapy on neck,  and now it's just positional.,i.e. when I bend neck  downwards or backward. Also I experience throbbing pain in neck, as well as pain right eye, slight dizziness  while I work on laptop or mobile even for small duration of 5-10 minutes. I also feel sleepy after I work on laptops and tablets. Though I can work for quite a longer period on laptops while using dark goggles. The pain and slight dizziness also start when I press the neck nerve or if I sleep in particular postion (pressing the neck nerve). On day one, it was very much affecting my daily life as I was not able to stand or walk due to dizziness, now it is not that high, but I have to work on laptop and it start neck, right eye pain light headache, light diziness Please suggest. Hi..   We notice  swollen( painless) lump/bump below chin/ jaw line .  Dr suggested for US .  US report :e/o hypo echoic lesion on 24*17mm noted in right submandibular gland .there is internal vascularity noted with in the lesion.  1.left submandibular and bilateral parotid appear normal.  2.great vessals of neck appear norm al 3.no e/o cervical lymphadenopathy noted both sides  4.rest of soft tissues and muscles look normal  Impression : mass / lymph node in right submandibular region .( Sugges FNAC).  FNAC report = colour of aspirate:blood mixed , aspirate was obtained ,firm in consistency  Highly cellular showing polymorphus,mixed lymphid population comprising of small lymphocytes ,centrocytes,centro and immunoblasts back ground show starmol element  Proboble diagnosis: feature is suspicious of non specific lymphadenopathy.  Given antibiotics for two weeks but size not reduced .. My 6 month daughter had cold and cough followed by high fever ( upto 103) between  31st march to 6th april. Doctor digonsed it as pneumonia and prescribed following medicine Syrup augmentin duo 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days Drop asthakind p .4ml twice a day 5 days Syrup omnacortil 3.5ml twice a day 3 daya Drop crocin 1ml sos Nebulize 6 hourly 3 days( .5 budesal) Medicine worked and she was okay later in last week she had green color stool and loose motion  we again consulted stool was tested mucous detected,( no value) pus cell occasional Doctor suggested Syrup taxim o 3.5 ml twice a day 5 days Syrup vizylac support 5ml twice a day 5 days These medicine also worked but from last 3 days she is having little fever around 99.2 to 99.8 and her toilet is discharged with yellow/pinkish color ( occasionally).She is eating well( dal , sooji kheer) but while taking mother feed it seems she is having some problem in breathing.Kindly suggest is anything to worry please suggest

Hi all, My wife had an periods on 20 jan and she was expecting next period near by 20th feb as dates was missed we visited gynec and she asked to do reports all were negative. And after that she prescribed meprate 10 mg to get periods soon but after 5 days of dose periods didnt start. we waited for 3-4 days and periods started on 9th feb. Lmp was 20 th jan. Now we again visited doctor as we have religious pooja from 7th till 15th march amd we want either prepone before 7th march or postpone after 15th so doctor again suggested meprate to take from 7th march till 14th march. I do not understand in starting meprate was used to get periods soon. Now on 7th march she told with meprate periods will be delayed. Howz that possible same tablet act as prepone and postponed. I doubted. Please assist with better advise. Also  ncnorm p and ncncorm e are two tablets which was prescribed to prepone vy other doctor a year ago but can this be take to prepone periods?

I was moderately myopic along with moderate astigmatism in both of my eyes. 5 weeks have been passed since LASIK. One day post op in the right eye I was 6/6 with PMT of +0.5 -1.25*72° but one month post op I was 6/9 (P) with PMT of -0.25 -2.00 * 16°. Now things seems too blurry and spreading outwards with right eye. Squeezing right eye makes things clear. My osmolarity value of right eye is 280 ( no dry eye). Pentacam and topography and pressure reports are normal. So I want to ask 1. Why cylindrical power was increased from -1.25 to -2.00 ? Will it further increase? 2. Right eye vision is too blurry should I order specs of that cylindrical power now? ( Although doctor forbade me to do so) P.S. I was -4.00 D cylindrical in pre op in right eye, but doctor corrected for -2.75 D, still residual astigmatism should be -1.25, but it is -2. My RSBT in this eye is 374. 3. Is this a case of vision deterioration due to keratoconus progression? ( Km = 45.9 post op). What should I do to improve
