Painles lump in 1 side neck since 25dys
Hi..   We notice  swollen( painless) lump/bump below chin/ jaw line .  Dr suggested for US .  US report :e/o hypo echoic lesion on 24*17mm noted in right submandibular gland .there is internal vascularity noted with in the lesion.  1.left submandibular and bilateral parotid appear normal.  2.great vessals of neck appear norm al 3.no e/o cervical lymphadenopathy noted both sides  4.rest of soft tissues and muscles look normal  Impression : mass / lymph node in right submandibular region .( Sugges FNAC).  FNAC report = colour of aspirate:blood mixed , aspirate was obtained ,firm in consistency  Highly cellular showing polymorphus,mixed lymphid population comprising of small lymphocytes ,centrocytes,centro and immunoblasts back ground show starmol element  Proboble diagnosis: feature is suspicious of non specific lymphadenopathy.  Given antibiotics for two weeks but size not reduced .. He is having skin infection ( tinea from pass 1year) and 3 tooth decay in right side . Can you p

Submandibular swelling common due to some infection in oral cavity.  Any way one fnac negative.  If persistent after one month then repeat fnac to be done
