Frm 29aug havng feverad little cough,on 1sept 103°fever, 1sept- CBC test normal,urine test- URINE PUS CELLS(10-12),URINE RBC(2-4).Cough nt gng till.5sept-102° fever, ULRASOUND done- IMPRESSION-- FEW SUBCENTIMETER SIZED TO MILDY ENLARGED MESENTERIC LYMPHNODES IN RIF,WITH FEW OF THEM SHOW SUSPICIOUS INTERNAL NECROSIS P/O INFECTIVE ETIOLOGY. INTERNAL ECHOES WITHIN URINARY BLADDER. Doctor said infection is there, taking FLOTRAL 10MG(NIGHT),PARACETAMOL500MG,OFLOXACIN+ORNIDAZOLE(two times),RABAPRAZOLE(EMPTY) But my fever is coming n going even after taking paracetaml(100-100.2°) Abdominal pain and so much cough. I google symptoms it shos cancer,TB,HIV. Please help me. Why am not getting better. From 9 days am hving fever, coming and going. And cough increased also.

My son,aged 3 years has been suffering from fever since yesterday mrng...the fever is very high going upto 103.5..we gave p-250 syrup till yesterday evng ...This is 4 th time in a month...10 days back  local doctor advised 4 to 5 blood tests,urine test including dengue test...everything found to be normal.yesterday At around 8pm..my son complained about pain near neck..I observed it and found swelling there..we hurried to a nearby doctor fearing it to be mumps...he gave some medicines and asked to use for 3 days..he didn't conclude it to be mumps or tonsils..we are very much worried about his health...falling continuously ill..becoming weak and uninterested to eat food...plz advise us ...what to do and what could be reason for this illness...till 2 months back..he is absolutely fine..what happened to my son..plz help..

My 3 year old cousin had developed fever a month ago. When it didn't reduce after 5 days, doctor prescribed antibiotics and gave hemoglobin test. The test indicated hb levels around 4.6. Seeing that, the child was admitted to hospital and given drips and due to low hb, given 4 units of blood too. Urine test indicated urine infection also. After a week or so, child was asked to review with CBC report. The CBC report came as follows : WBC 2.7 LYM 2.2 MID 0.3 GRA 0.2 HGB 9.4 MCH 29 MCHC 33.1 RBC 3.26 MCV 87.4 HCT 28.5 RDW 24.4 Platelet 17k MPV/PDW/PCT/P-LC: nil. They are from remote place. Doctors are not able to diagnose anything properly. Kindly give your valuable insights on this case.

Hi sir/Mam, I am suffering from Herpes Zoster from past 10days,i m on medication from past 7days, i consulted dermatologist on medication with valcivir,calamine lotion,nervijen-p,anti bacterial lotion.using it for next 3more days. When I consulted it's around my leftside body n back side.Those are going slowly.BUt from past 2days,I noticed that my both palms are also getting some bubble and it's more itchy,but it's not in red colour like near by my stomach.water filled bubble,pale in colour,kindly let me know how can I reduce this itchy from hands.is this any new kind of disease or same?i bear the pain near stomach but from hands itchy how can I handle,unable to eat also.kindly help me.i am in soft diet like curd rice n normal bath.

Hi, Recently , I was having pain during pop and went through Endoscopy and Colonoscopy and I have attached report. I have visited homeopathy doctor who suggested me - 1) Grafatis 200 -12 drops - Evening 2) P/N 200 - 12 drops - after lunch 3) Ratanhia..30...15ml aqdist....10 drops  2 times. 4) Pionia...30...15ml aqdist...10 drops  2 times. And Zandu Nityam 2 tablets at the time to bed at night which soften my stool. I am vegetarian and stopped smoking and alcohol 2 yrs back. I was having constipation issue for last 9-10 years. I have pain in rectum most of the time of d day with itching. I am having this issue for last 40-45 days . M I on right medicine ?? Or certain changes medicines need to change. I will b really grateful if any doctor help me after going through the details and attachments. Please Help !!!

Hello doctor Thanks for all doctors who help us in free questions My mom experiencing some weird bitter taste in mouth from few days because of acidity I guess Mom Ko kal ak dum se body pain,and vomiting jesa and then low grade fever 101.7 hua tha .. then I take her to a clinic He gave her injection pantro And unhone 4days ki medicine di h Aceram p thrice a day Naxdom 500 twice a day And some antacids Today she is totally fine No bodypain No fever Meri mom covid se bhi recover hue h 2months pehle So I am in so much stress Is there any chance of reinfection ? I am so worried Should I do a covid test? I lost my father due to covid thts why negative thoughts are coming

Hi doctor, 5 days ago suddenly my left eye starting paining (sharp) pain. Next day I went to eye specialist and told about my problem. Doc prescribed me 2 eye drop (pred forte & mydryn ). Then after two day my left side headache & sometime numbness near left eye also started. As I recovered from covid 19 in may and my pneumonia treatment was going on...so there was a thought of fungal infection. So I went to neurologist specialist and he asked me to go for a brain MRI (P+C) and prescribed me 2 medicine (Diva od 250mg & Lonazep 0.5 mg). Today I got my brain MRI report and then I went to doctor (neurologist) and he told me that everything is fine asked me to continue that 2 medicine for 15 days. But in MRI report something in the end is mentioned in bold dark letters. IMPRESSION:- MRI image reveals prominence left perioptic subarachnoid space. No significant intracranial abnormality seen. I am attaching my brain MRI report also.

Hi! I am Aninda dutta from siliguri. I had done my inguinal hernia surgery at November2018, initially everything seemed good but after a week I felt pain in the operative area and some pus cells after consulting with many doctors in Siliguri and doing tests I came to know that I had atypical microbacterium tuberculosis. So I had given drugs from the TB centre and I had given around 45 streptomycin injection and around 30 Amikacin injection. After that huge torture I got relive from that infection and was good for last 1.5 Yrs . There was some Kind of pain I could feel in this 1.5 yrs during many time but that was not a huge issue but I have to take zerodol p painkiller for 3times during this 1.5 yrs due to pain. But from last 3 days I am feeling pain in my operative area under the abdomen near the groin region and I am feeling something heavy is inside my abdomen and I am feeling that something is forcing to come  out. It is painful,now I can't understand what to do.please help me.

Yesterday I had partial loss of taste yesterday n today while mopping the floor I realised I could not smell the phenyl .. do not have sense of smell n I can taste a little(difference of sugar n salt)..last week I felt I had body temperature but highest was 98.9 n an average temperature of 97.1, according to local doctors advice I took one p-750 paracetamol tablet(discontinued after one tablet cuz I felt very better) n Azithromycin for two nights(discontinued,due to severe gastric n stomach ache) currently have nasal congestion n tired eyes(currently do not have body temperature or cough). No travel history or contact with corona positive patients,

I had Mild chest pain during some body movements/sneezing/coughing, Tingling warmth feeling around my left chest, shoulder & left arm. Sometimes tightness & numbness. sometimes a piercing pain on my chest. This is there since a month now. I visited a General physician on 8th April he took an ECG which was normal & diagnosed costochodritis. He prescribed 3days Course of anti-inflammatory tablets. Since there was no improvement after completing 3days course. I contacted him back and he suggested me to see an orthopaedic. I contacted my orthopaedic and described my issue. He gave me a 5day cs course of the following medicines. Flexura D Nervijen P Rablet. Along with Neurobion forte suggested by you. I have also started taking Vitamin D supplement (arachitol nano 60k 5ml). I have now completed the 5days course. There is an improvement. But I still have a piercing pain once a while due to movement or exertion.
