Hello dr My dad aged 52yrs is hypothyroidism,dm ( under treatment and under control) he is cardiac pt too in 2d echo there is 44% ejection fraction a/p ptca rwma + Lad territory moderate lv dysfunction grade 1 diastolic dysfunction + ...he is under medication for the above problem and now he don't have any symptoms of sob and chest pain can he covid vaccine ?? My niece is having fever and her legs are in full pain,  actually she went with me to a hill and she walk with me at least 4 km and the same day at evening she was having fever and pain in legs next day I took her to pediatrician and he advised syrup.. - cetzet - 1 time a day - kidgo 250 - 3 times a day - meftal p - 2 times a day. Her fever is going and coming her body is heating up more  in night... What to do any suggestion..?

I donated blood. My hemoglobin level increase to 18.6 from 18.2 in just few days. My BP is 150/89 and P = 87. I am worried about my blood platelets count. I studied online it should be in between 11-16gm/dL. I am not a drinker/smoker. I usually take soft-drinks. Other than that i am healthy guy (according to height/weight ratio). Please do tell am i normal? If not please suggest me what i can do to decrease the count.

Hi, My child is 4 months and 15 days old. Nowadays she is irritated and reacting as if she needs something and different awaaj nikal rahi hai throat p pressure deke. Hi, I want to know the dosage of A To Z multivitamin drops for a new born baby (5 days old). Baby birth weight was 2.25 kgs ans doctor mentioned that she is underweight. Beside this, we are also giving her Calshine P drops 0.5 ml per day. Lastly, Please suggest, if there is any additional supplement/medicine that we can give the baby? Thanks

My friend is nowadays mentally unstable due to loss of her near one. She consumed 30 Sensival P pills and was in hospital for last 5 days. Still is not in stable condition. As her mother is taking that medicine, those are still somehow in her reach. Now apart from that mental condition, she is having high pulse rate like 130 up for the whole day. I have checked that the medicine have nortriptyline which is the toxic agent. Please suggest what would be the after affects and how that 30 pills can cause inner harm.

Daily fever in evening with mild cold no cough. Taking Hifenic P with Azithromycin on a Consultation basis but fever not reducing . Fever started on 12th sep and still recurring. Temp in fever ranges from 99.9 to 100.4. Tired and no sleep at night . Please help . should I get checked for Covid. Else what should be my next step. Thanks in advance
