Usually she was really active and but suddenly she is acting weird. Is there any teething problems or what can be the possible reasons. Please note that she is on formula feed only and she burps properly too after feed. There is no gas related issues.

Hello ! Formula is made from cow's milk and that is known to cause digestion issues. That's the reason she is making these noises. There may be mild regurgitation of feeds ie feeds may be coming up to throat from stomach which may be uncomfortable for her. Try colic drops which may help. If not better, consult a pediatrician. What is her weight? What is her length? If she is growing well, this is a minor problem. Teething starts at 6 months. So it's less likely to be teething. also it will be better to start weaning foods early in this case at 5 month completed age.
