Hi my son is running high fever around 104. Paracetamol is not working. Giving sponge bath but after 20 min of sponge bath fever is back. Can I give meftal p 100 mg. What is the dosage  and how frequently I should give him  medicine. he is 7 yrs and weight is 22 kg.

I gave my 4 yr old daughter with ABD suspension yesterday at 10.30pm.. We observed increase in temperature by 3.00 Am. Gave her P-250 for the temperature to subside. By 6am she woke up saying that motion is coming..by now she is having mild fever.which is less compared to that of the temp she had since 3AM. I searched reason for the sudden fever and came thru that intake of ABD in kuda may cause fever which is a rare side effect due to this medication. Please advise what to do further. ?

During day time I had taken rice , puri ,bean & cauliflower and paneer mixed along with veg manchurian... At night I had taken Non veg.. Described as: "adapalene microsohere plus clindamycin phosphate gel" Has 0.1% adapalene w/w And clindamycin phosphate I. P. Equivalent to clindamycin 1% w/w Is it a powerful retinol and exfoilant? Or can I layer it with a mild aha product? I have dry skin And if I can layer it, without overexfoliation, then what percent aha will you recommend (and which type)

I faced this injury in 2012 and later no issues identified in September 2016 suddenly I got high vertigo issue I took tablet digitec and others like ceham-p and many others which I had stopped in September 2017 later to which I was able to manage without medicine but in Jan 2018 again I am feeling sensetion on the injury area and some not a comfortable feeling continuously need a suggestion to start with medicine or do what?

I've have an itching problem in my penis and scrotum for over a month now. My penis has tiny bumps at p and is rough in normal conditions but when watered ,it looks absolutely normal. Also I am a virgin . This could be due to poor hygiene as I take bath only once in 3-4 days after coming to hostel. I've recently started taking bath daily after these problems. Hi, i m 28 yrs old. i had masturbated from 15 to 28 age. Now i stopped it. But,= now after every ejaculation , nightfall, i feel pain in shoulders, knees, p= alms of hand & feet.If i see any hot scene for a while, i ejaculate quickly i= n little time involuntarily.Is this sign of PE. I'm having severe pain near my ankle joint since yesterday and i don't remember if i hv twisted my ankle. Last night as i ws walking home from office, i had a little pain but i was able to walk. But after reaching home the pain started growing gradually. Since 2 p. m. In the morning i'm experiencing a huge pain in my joint and not able to move my feet.

I had by buckle surgery on 16th august which is a successful one in my right eye. My VA is also 6/6 P in the operated eye. I just gone to the surgeon today who checked my eyes and concluded there is superior lattice in the LE( prior had holes which were sealed ) . Also sometimes i see lights when i close my eyes. my ques is 1. is it normal because i had my eyes checked my two different dr also can i play sports like badminton etc??? is it advisable...

Hi Doctor, I have been taking Glizid Total P 7.5 as prescribed by my doctor. Bought 100 tablets and consumed 40 tablets. When i came across this blog. Dr. Rakesh Parikh : says its banned ny Govt of India . Thanks Doctor. Please suggest should i continue to proceed the remaining 60 tablets? or any alternate medicine should i consume? Please reply
