Mefral dosage for High fever
Hi my son is running high fever around 104. Paracetamol is not working. Giving sponge bath but after 20 min of sponge bath fever is back. Can I give meftal p 100 mg. What is the dosage and how frequently I should give him medicine.
he is 7 yrs and weight is 22 kg.

Since when is the fever??
Is there any other problems like stomach pain or throat pain???
His weight seems to be on the lower side. Is there a problem regarding his diet??? Has he been sick lately???
