I am 32 years old, i had got fever last 15 days back, i had visited a genral physician when checked my BP was 135/100 and 102°c, she said its bit high contorl by less salt intake, no oil food and do exersise. After 3 days i got checked agiain it was 140/95. Again yesterday when i checked it was 150/100. Can u advise what to do.
