I was advised to take Cyclenorm E + P combination for 3 days whenever my periods were not on time for PCOS. It had been more than a month so I took the medicine but I experienced bleeding after taking 2 doses. What can be the cause. Should I continue taking the tablet or should I stop. Should I consult a doctor. I know it’s not normal. Is this menstrual bleeding or some other reason.

PDW* 19.3 , Mean Platelet Volume (MPV)* 13.1, P-LCR* 51.0 these are high values in my CBC report. please suggest what to do

As a part of my annual health checkup, I undertook a CBC. The results show high MPV (14.5), high P-LCR(55.7) but normal platelet count. Also RBC count is slightly high. I don't have any symptoms per se. I had a covid infection in early Jan but recovered from it within a week.

I have gone through blood test in month march. I feel tired all the time. I faced severe hair fall and after that i have noticed a white patch on my nose. After consulting doc i came to know its P alba. I did not find alopathy treatment working for me. I went for homeopathy treatment. Its still going on.. But i guess it's also notworking.In reports I found vit b12, vit D and iron deficiency. I need consultation from good doctor who can solve this problem from root and find the cause behind it. And yes i feel whenever i take stress my problem get increase. My white patch became more prominent.
