What is the dosage of meftal P 250mg for 17months 10kg kid who have fever above 102?

Hi.. I went to the hospital due to weakness in both hand and pain in right arm.
Dr suggested some blood test CBP, Magnesium calcum etc..
All come normal but in my blood CBP all range are normal except
P-LCR 42.8%
MVC 77.3
