High acid plus high CRP level Taking medicine ; - Bolus D - Try dm - Febutaz 40 - Altogem-XL - Defbot 6 Its been a month and still in pain (pedal edema) What diet should eat or what to avoid in diet.!

58 years old woman has rheumatoid arthritis since 8 years and she has had two heart angioplasties, when consulted the cardiologist regarding the repeated chest pain , the doctor says there are no blockages in the heart it might be due to rheumatoid arthritis. It's been  almost 2 years, the problem still persists. what isthe solution ?

Can someone paraphrase this doctor writing for me. I had seen a rheumatologist a few years back. After few months my symptoms had disappeared. I had some occasional pain here and there in my fingers over the years since the visit but nothing major. My right hand is swollen and stiff in the morning. Pain in the joints that come randomly that's spread across fingers and toes. Although my right hand is the most affected. Some joints randomly experience burning sensation sometimes especially the right thumb. The MCP joint is swollen and stiff for the past 3-4 days. Making roti especially when it touches those joints, there's feeling of pain. The side of the palm is also swollen. Kindly help me understand this doctor's diagnosis from a few years back and also what should I do next. My anti ccp and hsc reactive, ANA, RF factory was negative the last time we checked few years back.

Hello Doctor, I was diagnosed with Hepatitis A last month and am suffering from hairfall and recurring mouth ulcers(every 60 days) since one year. In routine check-ups regarding this I am vitamin D, vitamin B12 and folic acid deficient along with ANA test positive at 1:80 titer, but no symptoms like joint pain, photo sensitivity, rashes, recurring fever, etc. I am very much worried, please guide me

Sir my mother suffering from right side ankle pain and swelling without injury since 6 month. We consult orthopaedic doctor. They prescribed x ray and uric acid and ra factor . And lastly found ra factor 95.6 . They prescribed 4 medicine tolperisone and etoricoxib tablet ; zadilex tablet; rabifast dsr ; bio d3 plus . My mother didn't releive from pain and swelling while walking after 20 days of taking medicine. What i do please help
