My mother diagnosed with RA in 2017. She was on hcqs 200mg twice a day till february 2023 and discontinued. To which she started severe pain in waist, shoulders, cervical, wrist, thumb, fingers, inner thighs (groin). Again started hcqs 200 mg twice a day and sulfasalazine 50 mg once a day in october 2024. (One and half year no medicine). Now since 4 months on the said medicine. Still have pain im shoulder and cervical and waist. What should we do??

I've been suffering from pain in back,pelvic part and my fingers since a month after I wake up in the morning especially and I feel so much fatigue when I do some small work too. Also I feel stiffness in my feet and toes.

Dear Doctors, I have been experiencing backache and knee pain for a while now. After consulting a doctor, I took Shelcal and Joint Complex Q10 for a month, which provided slight improvement. However, I now feel that the discomfort is more due to stiffness or inflammation. I was also informed that I have hypermobile joints. I often feel the need to stretch my back and knees, and I hear a clicking sound when I do so. Is there a permanent solution to this issue? Thanks for your time and response.

Hello, My wife's left fingers got deformed at a very young age Now the right hand fingers are getting slowly deformed, and there is pain in wrist and fingers currently There is also swelling in the right hand I consulted ortho, but they dont have any permanent solution for this, just a temporary pain relief solution. Has anyone trusted such a type of deformity permanently? RA factor is 2.8

Age 33 having in wrist i have done x ray of hand. Do i have rheumatoid arthritis in x ray hand or x ray normal. I will be very thankful for ur support.

Hi, I am having severe back pain not able to stretch my body and not able to rotate my neck properly. After visiting orthopedic hospital, they said I have HLA B27 positive asked me to consult with Rheumatologist. Any treatment to resolve this. I am attaching my report to you.

Last 5 years leg muscles pain and ra test is positive and vitamin d insufficiency I take medicine but no recovery

Since 3 yrs i have pain in mutipel joints (hip, neck , spine , ankel, shoulder) and muscles(biceps, calf, back) without visibke swelling. Pain on touch also. Severe joint stifness early morning and pain increse while sleeping. Now as per blood reports RA FACTOR= -VE anti ccp = - ve ANA = - VE hla b27= negetive But Esr = 45 Crp= 14 Hb= 12.4 (male) Can it be arthritis ? Or just fibromyalgia ? Other symptoms are severe fatigue , sleep disturbance
