Esr comes 15mm/hr C reactive protein 4mg/l Haemoglobin 11g/dl Having shoulder back pain too Any preferable medicine?

I have constant back pain and neck stiffness. Also feels compression while breathing. Last year in the month I consulted an Orthopedic surgeon. He examined me and did some X-rays and blood samples. One thing he was doubting was Ankylosing Spondylitis, so he did HLA B27, which came back negative. However ESR was high approx 34 with elevated high Uric acid. X-ray imaging showed Lumbar Spondylosis and Cervical Spondylosis. One thing more importantly I complained of to him was the pinching sensation in my left leg. He advised me to wear a lumbar belt which I wear regularly and get relief from pain. After 3 months under his advice and given exercises I again visited him.

Hlo doc m having angina like symptoms on exertion from last 3 years but cardiac workups r negative.. now doc referring me to rheumatologist.. cud it b cervical angina?? Pain comes on climbing stairs or walking fast from upper back to chest there s also neck stiffness pain , nd sometimes headache neck pain arm pain

Hello Doctor, I’m a 25-year-old male and recently completed a 7-day crash diet that was very low in calories and almost no carbs. Today, my blood test showed a high uric acid level of 8.7 mg/dL (normal <7.0). My kidney function is normal, and I have no major symptoms except for occasional mild finger pain. I’m concerned if this spike in uric acid could be due to the crash diet and dehydration. Is this condition likely temporary and reversible with lifestyle changes? What steps should I take now to bring my uric acid back to normal and avoid complications? Thank you for your advice.

Hello doc. My mother is suffering from diabetes since 8 years. Recently her hba1c is 10.6 .her OHAs medications dose has been increased. Since 3 months she is complaining of early morning stiffness of peripheral joints of hand which resolves on activity.. Recently 1 month back she developed trigger finger... Are these symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis?? . What biochemical investigation to be done to rule out the underlying cause?
