Im developing sausage fingers as a result of Psoriasis. Doctor asked me to take methotrexate but he later asked me to stop as I've a low hemoglobin level as 8.9. let me know if it's ok to take methotrexate at this level

I am 69+ male. In 2020 my uric acid was6.28 and Creatinine 0.85. In 2021 Uric acid was 6 and Creatinine 0.8 All test were done yearly in month of October. At present I have a neck pain and I went to local Orthopaedic Doctor.He recommends some medicines. While purchasing the medicine from medical shop the shopkeeper asked to check the test of Uric Acid and KFT test. I told that six months back these test was conducted but he informed that above six months have passed therefore I should repeat this test. As this shop is hereby to doctor's clinic. Kindly advice whether these tests should be done half yearly .

Doctor asked to do a ANA Test for a skin rash. This skin rash occurs only if I have long exposure to Sun. My ANA Test results reads as below. Antinucleqe Antibodies: Positive Primary Dilution: 1:100 Primary Intenstiy ON IF: 1+ ANA Pattern: Mixed Pattern End Point Titre: 1:100 Is it something serious? Pls guide.
