I am feeling severely low back pain tail bone and both hip symmetrical pain , Hlab27 is negative, in FEB 2022 MRI of SI JOINTS & PELVIC was quite normal,I want to know can MRI MISS ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS in early stages

I am 3month postpartum, baby is on complete breastfeed, I am having acute pain and swelling on left hand fingers due to arthiritis, Is predmet allowed for me now?

My sister is having rheumatoid Arthritis . Recently after having knee aspiration done, she got her knee swelling back again within a month in one knee. Doctor has changed medication and given baricitinib 4 mg tablet once a day for 3 weeks. Is it safe to take this medicine? I saw a lot of severe side effects written about it

I've been suffering from rheumatoid arthristis since the last 30 days days. And not every joints are paining but few of them. But the problem is the ASO titre infection is so high that I think from that only I've also been suffering from Subacute chronic prostitis.. even after having Azithromycin 500 for two courses. It is still the same and I find the stool soapy since the last 1 month. Do recommend me what I'm gonna do now. I'm attaching my report over here. Do this once and reply me.

I am 69+ male. In 2020 my uric acid was6.28 and Creatinine 0.85. In 2021 Uric acid was 6 and Creatinine 0.8 All test were done yearly in month of October. At present I have a neck pain and I went to local Orthopaedic Doctor.He recommends some medicines. While purchasing the medicine from medical shop the shopkeeper asked to check the test of Uric Acid and KFT test. I told that six months back these test was conducted but he informed that above six months have passed therefore I should repeat this test. As this shop is hereby to doctor's clinic. Kindly advice whether these tests should be done half yearly .

Doctor asked to do a ANA Test for a skin rash. This skin rash occurs only if I have long exposure to Sun. My ANA Test results reads as below. Antinucleqe Antibodies: Positive Primary Dilution: 1:100 Primary Intenstiy ON IF: 1+ ANA Pattern: Mixed Pattern End Point Titre: 1:100 Is it something serious? Pls guide.

I have stiffness and pain in my knees, shoulders, thumb & wrists since I was a child.  I went to more than 10 doctors(ayurvedic, general physician, arthopedic & rheumatologist) till now & my all blood report is normal.  no one in my house has arthritis problem, Some doctors say that you have a mental problem not a physical one &  you don't have any type of arthritis  But I can't play cricket because I can't throw the ball due to pain & stiffness, can't run, can't bat.  It is increasing with age, Will I have to live with this for the rest of my life or is there any treatment for it?
