Hii my father has recently been diagnosed with chronic liver disease for which he is under treatment.  He is on carvedilol 3.125mg bd and tab ursocol 300 mg bd. But for one week he is having pain near hip joint . He has not taken any pain killer for it but can I give him one tablet of neucoxia M60 since now pain is affecting him. Also I will be visiting doctor in next week but till then can I give him one or may be two dose of etoricoxib 60 mg

I m HLA B27 positive after which i was given two drugs TAB TFCTNIB 5 and SAAZ 500 now after days i was advised to do an lft so now that i my SGPT is 96 should i take the Tab TFCTNIB 11

My left feet is swelled and strong pain on upper side of left feet. So painful when I walk and feet sole feels somewhat numb. Sometimes this happens in right feet. Tested today for RA and ESR report. RA is 7.89 and ESR is 50 Sometimes I have strong pain in right leg knee. Also got xray for both knees. Everything is fine. I dont get whats the diagnosis? Is there any permanent treatment for my pain condition?

My wife has been diagnosed with small cell vasculitis. She has red lesions on her thighs and arms. Is this a life threatening condition? What is the prognosis?

Can strep infection lead to ankylosing spondolysis or spondyloarthrpathy?? even if one is hlab27 negative can this happen?

I have early morning back pain from early morning CBC normal ESR 40 and CRP normal. MRI ATTACHED..orthopedic Dr said normal do physiotherapy and vitamin D table..

Myself Sai Srinivas, my age is 37 years, Iam type 2 diabetic, I got fever on 24th may 2024, admitted in hospital discharged after a week, since a month my hands and legs pains are not decreased, these pains are totally different these pain shifts to left to right and right to left both hands and legs(joints), it's very horrible pain can't even stand if I sits for 15 minutes, if I walk or run there is no pain, my family doc (General physician)told that pains will last for 15 days but it's already a month please give some suggestions what to do?? Do the pains will go away by itself (without treatment) ??
