Hello Doc, I used to speak while sleep from childhood. But sometimes I feel one shadow behind my head and I am unable to move and it comes slowly near me and I frightened. What is it?

I have very emotional behaviour.very sad all the day .if i remember someone loves me .i started crying.

After her young son passed away she became very upset and her movement is zero due to upset & obesity thanks

I am in a relationship and that girl is not very sure about her emotions she changes her mind everyday her thoughts but she say say that she loves me a lot. How is this possible...

I am in a relationship with a girl and I love her and her every action is affecting me  a lot I feel anxiety stress panic because of her actions because she say some things that I don't like.. her behaviour. for example . She say i love you a lot but for fun I want to meet boys for Only one day chat with them to understand them. I will date somebody you date someone else for timepass...will go on date (only date nothing else) then again we will be together...and stuff like this..... I asked her why all this She replied I hate boys, But I want to understand them I want to know them? She has a fear of public she can't face peoples. Then how she can think all this? Is this is fun, crazy...? I don't feel good about all this. But she always do anything for me every stuff she is true with me she never hide and lied with me. But I don't like all this? What should I do it's affecting me emotionally.

A friend of mine she is female she is very emotional but she always talk About destroying herself in any sad,bad situation ,I will get addicted to bad habbits I will ruin my life I will destroy my dignity... Why soo? Why she can't think normally? Why she can't think positive and good? Are these type of people are trustable? But she also say she loves me a lot if I am not there she will such things Why? I am not understanding anything about her behaviour.

Not sleeping in the nights, he goes to bed trying to sleep, however he doesn't sleep till 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm,

I am very much afraid of dark and being alone. I do not sleep even for a minute if I am alone. I feel so scared that some spirit is going to contact me. Is it some sort of mental disorder?

He is weak up very late int morning Without his permission not to do anything in house even lunch not prepare also tv not on fan light not on off If any thing do without his permission than he will shout on her/his His dad & mother very take care of his even his lunch plat also his dad put it or his hand also wash like that

Hello..Pleade advise if the social anxiety is a result of Genetic plus Parenting style like controlling parents, isolated upbringing, can it be cured..
