Psychological Counselling

I have not been diagnosed with anything so far, because I have never went to a Doctor before, regarding my issues. I am having difficulty doing day to day simple chores. I get anxious over little things. I have been through a panic attack once. I think I need to consult a doctor but before that I want to have a word with a psychologist first. I am unaware of how to consult one. So, if anyone can help me understand how it's done. Also if I can be guided over what type of doctor should I see.

My wife has been diagnosed with OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). We have done consulting in the past.

It's been three years my mother Pushpa always complains she don't feel happiness in anything She have no interest in work or in any activities She just sits alone and silent all the time We consulted many doctors and Hospitals in last 3 years and did many tests and scannings which showed nothing in it She used medicines like rivotril, nexito, amitriptyline etc which use to make her only sleepy all the time so we disconnected it I'm really worried to see her in this condition please Help🙏
