Extreme claustrophobia
Hi...I suffer from claustrophobia since a long time but of late its getting unbearable. I can't muster courage to enter the lift. Even if my hand ring won't come off I start getting panicky and breathless. Same if a bandage is wound around my back. I had to get anaesthesia to get a mri done. A doctor had prescribed nexito. Didn't help much. Kindly advise please.

My Child not concentrating for study
My son age 6 year and he avoiding his study. He make many excuses for avoiding study (many time asking for washroom, drinks water) . Also we absorbed he make mistake to identify the figures after many time explaining the figures . Figures are b d, m n, 6 9, 12 21, 13teen 30ty.
I can't understand this is any type of issue or it is normal. If any issue please suggest me.

Therapist follow up
Hello,
My friend approached Practo and consulted with a Psychologist. She identified his problem as Borderline Personality Disorder. She also prescribed him medicines (don't remember the name), to start with 25mg and increase it each week by 25mg, until it becomes 100mg. While the therapist has prescribed some meditation etc, she has not followed up with my friend. It has been three weeks since the therapist last took a session with my friend. Is not the responsibility of the therapist to follow up with her patient, knowing that he is a BPD patient? While my friend feels better, and suggests to wait before the next therapy, I am concerned and worried. Should we look for an alternate therapist? Please advice?

Panic and fear
I always have a deep fear in my mind and for this I panic easily in tough situation . Earlier the things which I used to do with ease seems difficult for me currently.But in reality the thing is not that difficult. How to remove this fear and this panic from my mind without medication? Right now I am living with my family due to lockdown but mostly stay alone for some purpose. I am physically ok.

Sir/mam, four months ago I had a dream where I am hurting my mom. I got panicked. After that this thought is coming in my mind when ever I see my mom. Or read any where mother word. It's feel like it stuck in my subconscious mind. Also every thing looks meaningless for me. I am getting emotionally weak 😩. How can i come out of it. Sometimes I think it will never be go out from my mind then I think of suicide. Anything I am doing this thought is coming in my mind even when I am studying. Plzz help me out.
