Hi, My name is gifta. I work in international marketing field. Lately I feel lack of interest towards work. It used to be fun earlier. I beleive I have ADHD. I have new profile at work and I cannot concentrate on work at all. Very recently I lost my mom to Covid-19 and I blame myself for taking her to her brothers funeral in Chennai, after returning from there in 5 days she showed symptoms and on 15th May she passed away. I need help. To cope with ADHD and concentration issues and to Greve Mom's death and not go into depression. Regards, Gifta

I have everything still m not happy. Now a days a got angry easily not able to enjoy anything.. Frustrated... Even if I try to be happy for some reason I can't be.. I am a musician but now a days doesn't enjoying anything. I get emotional easily. I don't have patients. Whenever I get angry my hand shivers. Almost half of the day I suffered from headache.. I try alot to be happy but I can't. According to me this is not bcoz of lockdown bcoz this is happening with me since february. But m not able to do anything. I discussed this with my frnds they are chill bro stop overthinking kuch depression ni h... Yesterday only I took two online test of anxiety and depression nd the risk rate is high. I don't know how accurate is that result. Plz let me know wt is happening in my life. Conclusion - I used to be the most happiest girl of my group But now I m the most saddest one.

I have received covishield vaccine on Monday. I had fever for one day but now it is resolved. Sometimes I get Headache and vomit feeling. It is been 3 days now also sometimes I got so stressed due to this due to fear of blood clots cases occur after covishield vaccine. Do I have go for some medical tests . Please suggest something I really get anxious sometimes

I have continuous thought of God will punish me if I would not complete his Mannat..pls help me this thought killing me

Hi Doctor. This behaviour of mine had put me and others in trouble for multiple times now. It still happens with me. I can't continue this with my behavior, i have tried. These thoughts are so frequent that they keep coming on a rapid pace. I end up hurting people and myself. And i really need help because I'm not able to work on it on my own. I had gone to a councillor once in 2017 but it didn't work aa i thought it's going to not help me. I live in Delhi. Thanks for the help in advance.

I am a new mother to a two month old baby and I had a c section, my child doesn't sleep at night and I cannot sleep in the day hence at a stretch I have been facing sleeplessness which have increased anxiety and depression and sometimes it even makes me take away my life. How to cope with the situation

Doctor, We lost our mother after a long illness of 10 years she was on dialysis in 2017. Since than We were survived with single parent, my father whom we lost to covid on 29 th April. Since than its just me and my brother. He has shared that he feels pressure and heaviness in chest while I measured parameters the SPO2 level is 98 but pulse fluctuates and go as low as 56. Is it anxiety or we need to explore options of visiting doctor for full check up? Please guide. Regards Shabnam(Elder Sister)
