Hi Doctor.
This behaviour of mine had put me and others in trouble for multiple times now. It still happens with me.
I can't continue this with my behavior, i have tried. These thoughts are so frequent that they keep coming on a rapid pace.
I end up hurting people and myself. And i really need help because I'm not able to work on it on my own. I had gone to a councillor once in 2017 but it didn't work aa i thought it's going to not help me.
I live in Delhi.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Hello,
Glad to know that you have identified your issues and are seeking help.Distressing thoughts are difficult to handle and particularly when they are frequent. If you engage in counseling sessions dnt keep this in mind that it is not going to work:this thought can demotivate you to comply with therapy and the outcome won't be desirable.
