I get anxiety issues for all and every tiny problem I face in business, problem will be solvable with given time but still till the problem is solved I am uneasy, sleepless,weak etc... Please suggest me OTC medication...

I am totally addicted to  using internet my mobile unlimited jio wifi at home. I get left side headache foggy feeling eye pain neck pain and back pain and get a high when I am using it. Iam highly stressed.. I don't know what should I do to come out of this problem. I don't face the same issue using mobile sim internet.. I don't know why is this happening.. Its been a really hard time for my family. so many fights. I am fed up. I am preparing for competitive exams and now i am finding dofficulty in concentrating. Earlier i used to study 12 hours a day and now not even 1 hour

I visited doctor due to stomach pain and loss of appetite and I recently had medication for gastritis and still the pain is there but little reduced even after changing some medicine as advised by doctor. I also had done diet Change of small meal for every 2 hours and following for past 3 days. Night Time I can feel pain and I m not able to sleep properly even though pain is not very intense I have pcos as well. I did scan for abdomen pain and found to have para ovarian cyst of size 37mm *19 mm near left ovary 14 days before and now recent scan shows bilateral ovarian cyst. Now I found that I lost nearly 1 kg in 2 week. My blood report shows 9.7 haemoglobin count and 2.3 cumm of rbc. Other than that all count are in range. I have taken lft as well and everything is normal I am confused and don't know what problem is there in my body. Please help me out as what can I do
