OTC medicine will not be much helpful. It would be better you consult a psychiatrist for medicine. Then take psychological treatment same time to change your thinking pattern. If you don't change your thinking pattern, it will affect your business also beside personal, social, and family life.
Next Steps
consult a clinical psychologist and psychiatrist.

Hi... The anxiety you are experiencing is purely cognitive (as you have explained) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is the right treatment for it. Medications are not a long-term solution in such cases. Our brain adapts to external substances, including anti-anxiety/anti-depressant medication. Medication is useful more in cases where the root cause is more genetic/biological in nature.
Next Steps
Start taking Counselling Sessions from a Psychologist. Consult a Psychiatrist if you seek medication.
You can overcome this Anxiety by consulting a psychological Counselor..
Not every issue need medical treatment..
At times, if we learn to see differently and think differently we can feel motivated..
