I am worried because I have smooth pain in my lower abdomen. My period date is 18 of April. And in last month it was 22 of March. My LMP 13 march. Iui done on 22 march. Egg release confirmed on 23 March. Tested positive 14 days later on 6 April with hcg 332. After 20 days on 26 April i got abdominal scan done and no fetal pole seen. Yolk sac seen 6mm. Gest sac is 14mm. Is this going to miscarriage?
