Uterus Measures 9.2 x 5.6 x 4.0 cm, shows multiple enlarged heterogenously hypoechoic SOLS with intramural and subserosal component, largest of size 37 x 27 mim in posterior wall with more than 50 % subserosal component towards left lateral aspect, another measuring 19 x 10 mm adjacent to it. Multiple small intramural fibroids are noted in anterior and posterior uterine wall of size ranging from 5-10 mm. Endometrial (echo complex centrally placed No evidence of any free fluid seen in cul- de-sac. Endometrial Thickness-6.7 mm Adnexa BA ovaries and acnexa are normal. Right ovary measures 3.5 x 2.8 cm. Left avary measures 3.1 x 1.7 cm. Both ovanes shows multiple varying size follicles. IMP: Fatty liver grade 1 Multiple intramural and subserosal uterine fibroids as described above. ADV: Clinical correlation

How many days and in what dose should I take meprate tablet to get my periods When will I get my periods after that

I have irregular periods. My cycle is approximately 2 months. Please suggest some good treatment for this.

I was under under treatment of typhoid, my haemoglobin was considerably low.
