Pregnancy and Infertility

My son is 7months now..he didnt have breakfast milk.. i was tried vrey hrd to give him the milk but he rejected..now i need to know that i still have milk.. n i heard that if baby dont have breastfeed thr will chance of breast cancer..so need suggestion what i need to do..m i need any medicine to remove the milk from breast or m need to consult with breast specialist..i dont have any idea about breast specialist..to whom i need to consult n how to take precautions.. Good morning, I had miscarriage twice due to heart beat issue. Now i am about two moths pregnent and need to go for scan after 10days, at 45 days only i got scan and found good sac, fatal pole and heart beat. Doctor gave me Duphaston to maintain pregnecy and folic acid. Mam i am warried about next scan, no such things repeats na?

My wife completed her NT scan on the third month. According to the report, the NT value was 3.2 and the doctor advised NIPT and amniocentesis. After that, we conducted the NIPT test, and the outcome was negative. If the risk is really minimal, our infant won't experience any problems. then we must undergo a further amniocentesis for confirmation. Please refer to the NIPT report that is attached. Please provide the details in accordance with this report.

My periods are irregular and came after four months last month on 14th march... At first it was light and continued till 20th april ...but now bleeding was heavy from past three days .. I went to doc on 22nd April and he prescribed tranexamic acid 500 mg for 5 days ... But period didn't stop till today and I have swelling leg and face .. is it ok to continue to take the medicine or to stop.. I am a BP patient.... and in ultrasound it came that my endometriosis is 12mm thick ..

I am trying to conceive from last 4-5 months. But periods came in every circle, and also my periods are regular. My Periods cycle is of 30 days. Previously i consult a doctor and she told me that my prolactin is high which is 38. So i took medicine for that but after that also not getting any result to conceive.
