Overian cyst
Hello doctors
I have two simple cyst 53mm*51mm and 44mm*36mm. Doctor said me to use birth control pills for 21 days and follow up and ca125 test is normal.
I'm also doing yoga
I don't want to take these pills as I'm thinking they are harmful
Is there anyother way i can get rid of these
Or this treatment will be beneficial for me

If they grow and become beyond 70 to 80mm, You will need surgery. Yoga should be done before you develop the cysts and not after. It's better to take the pills than go for surgery.

Don't do Yoga till the cysts disappear, otherwise they suddenly twist it's an emergency. Do a scan after the next period for cysts,wheather you take Pills or not
