Simple cyst upto 5cms does need any intervention . unless associated with pain abdomen . Regress on its own in 3_4 months.serial monitoring is a must . .....
Next Steps
after 2_3 months ovaral G can be given for 3 cycles for regression .

Upto 5 cm we can wait for it to resolve spontaneously.but serial monitoring by ultrasound to be done.before that the tumor markers should be done and to be normal.pt should be asymptomatic to be expectant management

Most of them do resolve in two to four months. If not, you might need to take one month course of oral contraceptive pill. Nothing to worry as such.

If it is a simple cyst.. it would dissolve in 2 months time. Wait and repeat the scan and see.

Such cysts are very common and in most cases resolve spontaneously. It does not need any medicine or surgery.

Usually, they disappear within 3-4 menstrual cycles.
Rarely they may not.
