Regarding Simple Cyst
My wife is having a 44x22mm simple cyst in her left ovaries, and her periods are mostly irregular this time it already came on 10th of Nov and is back again on 24th Nov, and she's continue bleeding since 24th Nov She's been given a medicine named OOVRAL L, is it good to give her the prescribed medicine?

Hello there, Irregular menstrual cycle needs to be properly evaluated first. You must- 1. Get her blood workup done ( CBC, thyroid profile, serum prolactin, diabetes screening) 2. If she is bleeding continuously you must first do urine pregnancy test to exclude pregnancy first. 3. Ultrasound (which is already done) 4. Check whether she is taking any sort of medication for any medical condition?/ does she have any medical condition?
