Hi I am having irregular periods since 4 months, my doctor has prescribed me dronis 30 and ovalife tablets, may I know what will be the use of these tabs

Hi doctor, I had high risk for trisomy 21 in double marker test, 1:62. which was done at10 weeks. I had repeated double marker at 13 weeks which is intermediate risk of 1: 303. I had gone for NIPT. Please find the attached NIPT test reports. Can you please tell me if it's normal? It shows chromosome 21 z score value as 1.07 while the highest cut off for it is 2.8. I am a little worried if it's fine or should I go for any further invasive test such as amniocentesis. But I don't want to go for invasive test since it has a risk of miscarriage. Also, how accurate is this test? If it's normal, can I be assured that the baby doesn't have down syndrome?

I am using eva 35 for getting spotting after my 15 days completion of periods. And I have still used 3 strips of those. This is my 4th strip. I got my periods on 4th April nd it lasts for 7 days with light bleeding. After that I started my 4th strip from 17th  And on 18th i have got into journey of 8 hours nd again  I'm getting spotting it was stopped on 20th. And 24 th i have got to another bus journey i got spot nd still it is continuing but I'm on my medicine but still why it is happening I'm not understanding. The spot is very light when I urine I can see it nd to my panties it is there slightly on full day with slight bleed.

Hi I got periods 20 days later I completed my menopause, my pep test is normal, pelvic ultrasound shows endometrial thickness is 5mm, is it normal

I am on IVF treatment and have been prescribed Progynova 2mg , can I take Estravac 2mg instead. Will there be any side effect or any problem.

I am using Cyproterone Acetate and Ethinylestradiol Tablets of eva-35 from past 3months which having 21tablets for my irregular spotting that I'm getting after my completion of 15 day of periods. But still it is continuing even I'm using these by my near gynecologist suggestion. Now I'm using 4th strip in this April but i have got 2 times spotting on 18 th nd again in 24 th in these two times I am in journey. So is it possible to spot when I am in strain or stress even using this tablets?

This is a continuation to the question I asked before, I got periods immediately next month  after I completed 12 months without a period (that  is after 13 months ) , I did some investigations.. my pep test is normal, pelvic scan shows uterus size is 8.2x7.6x4.6 with endometrial thickness of 5 mm, should I be worried about this post menopausal period or it's normal with above test results

Hi, My last period was on 9th March for 3 days I haven't got a period in April yet. Is it something to be worried about? Do I need a consultation? I am taking thyronorm 75 daily. Thanks
