Hello doctors, Facing pain in one side neck -ear -one side head from last 3 days , is it safe to take Aceclofenac+Thiocolchicoside+Paracitamole 2 does @day.

Got my last periods on 4 th may... Which day can be my ovulation... When is my fertile period.......

My doctor advised me to take ovral l for 3 month because i had irregular periods...i took ovral l in April i took my period timely after having this medicine by bleeding during periods was very very light. Again i took ovral l for 2nd month..i got periods timely but bleeding is very less ...my period always last for 3-4 days only after having these pills my bleeding have reduced more.pls help .

I generally use a clean wash cloth with plain water to clean the vulva including labia majora, clitoris etc. However, I feel afraid to clean the inner side of labia minora. I want to know is it okay to clean the inner sides of labia minora in the same way as mentioned above. If not then please suggest suitable method.
