Blood in urine
Last week my mother had urine in blood with no pain. We consulted a doctor and did an ultrasound and culture test.. the ultrasound came in and it shows a few issues... What should be our next step.. is it something serious that has to be attended right away.. ? Is the report showing anything urgent.

Your mother has got a big fibroid , which need to get removed , but firstly get a CT scan done
Please get a serum LDH levels
For urinary bladder issue start antibiotics and consult urologist
Gall bladder stone consult general surgeon

There is bladder infection and needs urologist opinion for treatment
Uterus have big fibroid had to be operated
And a gall bladder stone also to be operated for which gastro enterologist or gen surgeon consultation needed
