Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi doctor i have an irregular period from the last one year i have high prolactin 44 and thyroid 5.24 .. i am taking treatment for the last 10 months i have taken daine 35 for 5months cabergolin 3 months and thyronorm 3 for months after stopping tablets my harmone level  are increasing..prolactin 66 thyroid again 3.5.....  i started to take cabergolin and thyronorm from 2 months ..my question is is it possible to conceive naturally after controlling harmonal imbalance ...do i need to consult endocrinologist or gynecologist...i am so worried about my fertility ???if i dont take treatment on time what happens...do i need go for iui and ivf??

I took i pill on 13 th may and my last period was 30 th may and on 25 may i have seen bleeding on my underwear in morning then pad is having very light kind of spotting or bleeding and other symptoms sane as period and my period date is 26 may So its a withdrawal bleeding or implantation bleeding?

Maximum days after i pill bleeding starts? Do it can start after 10/12 days of taking unwanted 72 ? O

I am trying to conceive for the last few months. Tried fertility methods , due to undergo IVF this June. Underwent Blood test for immunity and the following showed up.. NK cell marker CD56 is 57 cells ( adult reference -120-490 cells) CD56 lymphocytes-4.66 ( range - 6.5- 15%) CB 3 lymphocyte- 79.63 ( range - 60.9- 76.9) Could anyone please explain what the role in conceiving with the immunity levels ??

Currently at 11 dpo and having milky white semi solid discharge for last 3-4 days with smell too but no itching or burning sensation. On progesterone tabs since my luteal phase is short. 28 day cycle and ovulation on 17th. Trying to conceive. Please advise.

Hello doctors, I am a 27 yrs old unmarried female. I had my last period starting date as 19/05/23. my usual period cycle is of 28 days. For next month I want to prepone my period date. What medications I need to take for the same and when to start. P.S. - I am currently on thyroid medication (eltroxin 25mcg) and also took withdrawal bleeding medicine twice, around 1.5yrs due to irregular periods. However after that I am having regular cycles. Kindly help

My first IVF cycle is fail due to empty sac.how can I make my 2 nd IVF sucess as my eggs are not as good as required.

My gyna Dr have given me misoprostol 200mg again with antibiotics, after i found my abortion is incomplete! Some minimal portion is still left ! Now my question is . Is there will be heavy bleeding like i had at the frst time i took this ? Or it will be slight bleeding?
