Hello, I did not get my periods last and this month I consulted a doctor and they suggested a few tests. I see pcos detected, while I understand I need to work on my weight but can you please suggest something that can help get my periods. I have added my ultrasound report.

Are there any long/short term effects of using hormone supplements like progesterone and estrogen in fertility treatments? Both mentally and physically?
