My cycle length is 31-35.. but this time my date was missed by 4 days..I don't know why it is not coming..what to do now?

Hello Doctors, I Had Hysterolaproscopy on 6th May and in that,endometriosis,adenomyosis and some symptoms in Genital TB (tested negative) diagnosed so now Doctor have started treatment with AKT 4 for 9 months and 3 days back I took leupride 11.25 mg for endometriosisand adenomyosis so can I still conceive naturallyin this situation?

This is my first month of birth control pills. I am experiencing little to mild abdominal cramps. It's bearable. But I'm experiencing it almost daily. It's my 13th day of pill. I haven't missed it till now. Trying to take nearly the same time. Going through bloating also. Makes me full with less amount of food. No nausea or intolerance to any food.

Dear doctor ,i have PCOS an i was under treatment with diane 35 for 21 days ,i finshed the course on 10th may this month ,and i got my period 14th an i was bleeding normal for 4 days an stopped ,now again today (28/5/23) i got my period ,is this normal ???

At 12 week of scan my nasal bone was visible. NT value 1.2 mm Double marker test reports are normal (low risk) Age Risk : my age is 32 (T21) 1:650 (T18) 1:5848 (T13) 1:17555 At 18 week of scan doctor said there is only one nasal bone 1.2 mm and absent on the other side NT 3.3mm, pre-nasal thickness 1.7 Doctor said us go for amniocentesis test N I did it we are waiting for reports. Can any one tell us If amniocentesis reports will negative with hyperplastic/absent nasal bone. Can we give birth to normal baby l already read so many doc and comments, video but I did not find any conclusions. Please help me Thanks in advance

Dear Doctor, Every month between 12th to 14th day of my cycle it bleed a small clot and for 2 days pinkish light discharge with white. It happen almost every month from last 1 year, Is it ovaluation bleeding.. Should I take any tablet or any home remedy
